Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked seven (7) days of the original shipment date. All items must be new, unused and in their original condition.

Return Process

To return a purchase, please email info@weyworkshop.co.uk to receive a Return Authorisation Number (RMA) and the return shipping address. After receiving this RMA, place the item securely in it’s original package and mail back to the address provided:

Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping charges. We strongly recommend you use a trackable method to ship your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return, we will process your return or exchange within 5 working days.

Shipping

We ship our products from and into the UK only. Postage charges are presented during the checkout process and reflect the current UK parcel rates. We reserve the right to suspend any order where the ship to address differs from what is expected. In these cases we will contact you with a revised shipping charge if deemed appropriate.

Products that are made to order (most are) will ship approximately 5 working days from when the order was placed. We will contact you if we become aware of any significant delays to this timescale.

We will not be held responsible for any incorrect shipping address details entered during the order process resulting in goods failing to arrive.

Payment Security

Weyworkshop does not take, process or store any debit or credit card details. These transactions take place via Stripe, the secure online payment processing system.

Damaged Products

If you believe that your product has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately by emailing info@weyworkshop.co.uk where we will ask you for details including a photograph of the damage. Damaged goods can be returned to us at our expense.

Cancellations

Upon receipt, you have the right to cancel and return the product to us within 14 days. This return is at your expense and must be communicated to us prior to the return.
